- Since 2002, Dr. Alison Steiber has been Coordinator
of the Dietetic Master/Internship Program at Case
Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
She has numerous publications, research grants and
currently teaches dietetic seminars and investigative
methods in nutrition.
