How Much Is Your Time Worth? Let RD411.com Save You Time and Money

Message from Nancy Collins, PhD, RD, LD/N

Summer is over. The kids are back to school. Now it is time to get back to the business of nutrition and tackle all those projects on the never-ending list of things to do. RD411.com is here to assist you by providing ready-made resources. Whether you need a little help to jump start a project or simply want something that is ready to print and go, RD411.com can help. Most of the materials on the site are downloadable into your own word processing program so you can customize them to meet the needs of your specific clientele. Conversely, if you are in a rush or happy with the article or handout just the way it appears on the site, you can use the printer friendly version and within moments, you are set to go.

Another great use of RD411.com is to catch up on a topic that you may not have studied in quite a while. Visit the Professional Refresher section to get up to speed quickly on topics that are outside of your daily practice area. I am sure you will find many interesting and helpful resources on the site if you take a few minutes to explore. Don’t forget to visit the special centers. The diabetes center, the wound resource center, the toddler/kid center, and the renal center are filled with hundreds of more pages pertaining to those specialty practice areas. It is my sincere hope that you are finding the materials on the site accurate, unbiased, and easy to use. And did I mention everything is FREE? Please let me know how the site is helping you, as well as your ideas for future resources you would like have on the site. I love to hear from you! Write me at Nancy@RD411.com.

Free Pasta Sample Kit for RD411.com Users!

Can a great tasting pasta have a low glycemic index? Dreamfields Pasta contains only 5 grams of digestible carbs and has 5 grams of fiber. Like other premium pastas, Dreamfields is made primarily with durum wheat semolina, which is why it has all of the flavor and texture of traditional pasta. RD411.com users can get a free sample kit so you can taste it and see for yourself. Just click here and a free kit will be mailed to you via the US Mail.

Free CEU for RD411.com Users!

“No trans fats!” That’s the cry throughout New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Seattle and now the entire state of California. A more obscure, albeit growing and significant argument is raised by food scientists and consumer groups alike--what is being used in place of the newly excommunicated trans fats, and is it any safer? Numedix.com is offering all RD411.com users a free one hour course entitled Interesterified Fats: Dangerous Replacement for Trans Fats. Just click here to download the article and instructions for obtaining your free CEU.
